The whole sand-making production line consists of jaw crusher, impact crusher, VSI vertical shaft impact crusher (sand-making machine), vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system and cone crusher or deduster (available choice). We design different production lines ranging 50t/h–500t/h.
The whole set of sand-making production line is suitable to crush the hard materials, such as limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, slag, etc. And artificial sand makes for hydroelectric power, building material, high way, city construction, etc.
